Broad Peaks

Possible Causes:
1) Too Much Template: When the sequencing reaction becomes
overloaded with template DNA, the peaks spread out during the read resulting
in poor resolution and loss of data. Solutions: Verify the
concentration of DNA template. Samples that display this phenomenon are automatically
diluted and re-run. This procedure is part of our routine quality control process.
We strongly request that you accurately determine the template concentration
prior to sample submission.
